Not 1981. More likely 1982, either Fleetwood Brougham coupe or Coupe de Ville 90% sure). |

Its an '82 Coupe Deville, no doubt about it. look at the landau roof and the grille. Also, somebody put a Fleetwood hood on it, a Deville hood would have a chrome strip down the center. but by the rest of the car, it has to be a Coupe Deville. |

Looks like an '80 to me. Our 80 had the same landau roof, and this car has no fender emblems. If it were an 82, there would be HT4100 emblems. Also, this was filmed in 1982. I think if they could get an almost identical looking car that was 2 years older to ruin, they would jump at the chance instead of totaling a brand new Caddy. This car might have also been repainted, considering there are no fender emblems nor hood spear. Maybe parts were removed. If it were a Fleetwood Brougham it would have the double spears going down each crease on the hood. Here are a few 80 Devilles with no hood spear: http://www.cadillacpedia.org/wp-content/uploads/2008/09/1980coupedeville.jpg Link to "image.lowridermagazine.com" |
