Isn't it a 1965, because of the seperate headlights, the Chevy logo on the hood and the remarkable "hip-swing"? (or whatever this is called) http://www.tian.nu/tn.adPIC/494393_bild_017.jpg unfortunately I only could find a pic of a staion wagon... |

The beltline hump is exactly the same for 1965 and 66. But you are right, this is a 1965. |

I agree that it's a 1965 Chevrolet Biscayne, the base full size model, as they mainly had small "dogdish" wheelcovers and minimal chrome trim like this car does : http://ustimes.com/PottsAuction/images/1965_chevrolet.jpg -- Last edit: 2006-04-21 02:39:57 |

Should be listed as 2 door sedan, not coupe. |

1965 Bel-Air. V8 badge on front fender gives it away. 1965 V8 Biscaynes are extremely rare. |

V8 engine are available both standard and optional engine sizes in Biscayne series. Still this is 1965 Chevrolet Biscayne... |

Definitely a 65 Biscayne. Belair's had a dip rail and a side moulding. 65 Biscayne could be ordered with any engine all the way up to a 396 and a 409. |

This is a 1965 Biscayne, which belongs to my father-in-law. He takes it out to events, usually at the site of the World's Fair in Flushing. |

I have just inherited this car from my father-in-law. It is a 1965 Chevrolet Biscayne with a 327, auto on the column. The vehicle is being relocated from New York to Florida, and is available for movie rental by contacting me at jouster@aol.com. The car is in excellent original condition, having been garaged and owned by the same owner for over 25 years. Also available for rental is my 1967 Plymouth Barracuda convertible, red with black top and interior, 225/6 4bbl automatic. |

@exjouster; I'm afraid this site is no channel for advertising. We're just a bunch of 'motorheads' (not the drug related context) having fun. |

But thanks for the info. ![]() @tore-40: it's no problem if he posts his email address here, a lot of movie car owners have done so as well. |

You need to think carefully before you rent your cars to the movie companies, exjouster. Their track record with antique cars is not exactly good. Don't count on getting it back in the same condition as it leaves you! |
