2CVs sold in Switzerland were usually Belgian built. All examples here have small parking light on the C-pillar (instead of the bigger indicators as on French cars), which means they had front and rear indicators.
Belgian built AZAMs were called AZM3 and had the third side window from the very beginning. You can see that the third side window is placed at the same exterior level as the metal sheet, unlike the 1966+ models. The French third side window was placed more inside (the metal sheet was stanced in a different way. I cannot see wether the blue car has front suicide doors (1963/64) or not (1965).
