Door handles are black, center trunk trim is black, probably a 2000-2002 [P71] with replacement tail lights from a '98 |

Benfolio's right, this is a 2000-2002 model, although those tailights could have also come from a 1999 Police Interceptor, maybe even a regular civilian Crown Victoria. |
