First date of registry was june 14th 1939 in Stockholm, it lived through the hands of a dozen owners until the late fifties when it was left on a frozen lake to finally disappear when spring came. When this film was made it was owned by an actor, Folke Hamrin, he does not appear in this film though. In the early fifties it was owned by a later well known motorjournalist, Jan Ullén. He made an article about paintbrushing your car with good result. The paintbrushed car in the article was this MG. Originally it was painted black with red leather interior, what colour it had after the article I don´t know.
