I can't disagree with 'antp' more...the story would NOT be the same had Bryce backed into some Honda Civic or econo-box. The story point revolves around Bryces distress and his interaction with a Hollywood talent agent type-guy; someone who would freak out about his 'baby'. Had he been in a new BMW or expensive car it wouldn't have the same gut-punch impact to the audience. I should also point out that '63 T-Birds are still very plentiful in Los Angeles and not worth a lot of money. That's why this model was chosen. -- Last edit: 2010-03-16 03:37:34 |
