 Toyota Type 73 Truck.

 But the details don't quite match the Toyota Type 73. The Toyota has ribs on the doors, and this truck has a little side window ahead of the door which the Toyota doesn't have.

I would imagine that this is the previous generation of Self-Defence Forces 1.5 tonne truck.
