1989-1991 license plate cutout. Youtube video of the actual van at an autoshow: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=d83nMxlt1OQ#fauxfullscreen I always knew it was newer! The license plate position would be close to the left lower hinge on 1983-1988 models. They must have '84 to make it sound older and more suitable for two deadbeat slackers. Edit: nevermind just a really good replica. Had me fooled. The license plate is too difficult to say.
