I was wrong about these having 4-wheel-drive. I drove one last week that was said to be "4-wheel-drive" but to my surprise there isn’t a rotary dial to control the transfer case. Which means its just "all-wheel-drive" with a single-speed (high range) transfer case. No off road low range gearing and no way to lock the center clutch pack (differential) inside the transfer case. What an unfortunate waste of iron |
