i believe it's seen again in season 7's Happy Birthday General Lee. as the dukes are driving into the junkyard to get general lee, it can be seen leaving the junkyard as it just dropped general lee off there. -- Last edit: 2013-07-18 20:43:59 |

78 had round or square headlights, depended on the trim package. The wrecker body is a peterson scoop. |

Clearing up misconceptions here. 1978 only Custom have circular headlamps. All other trims received square headlamps. Only the highest trim (Ranger Lariat) received chrome bezels standard. The Ranger/Ranger XLT have black bezels standard with the option of chrome bezels. For 1979 all trims have square headlamps. The Custom trimmed models (1978-1979) never had the option for chrome bezels by the brochures. The Ranger/Ranger XLT come with black bezels standard by the brochures but could have chrome bezels too.
