It's probably fake. It looks like they stuck a "5" in the three-letter combination and a "Y" in the firs two-number combination to make it invalid. I'm pretty sure "Chuck" films the "Mexico," "Colombia," and other Latin/Central American scenes at a ranch in Santa Clarita, CA. It's nice to see that someone paid attention to the little details like that.
