In the US it was called 2002. It looks like it has large safety bumpers so its probably mid-70s. |

Obviously no-one at Cinema Vehicle Services thought to offer their Tatra 603 for this episode set in Prague. ![]() Link to "www.cinemavehicles.com" Then again, what do you expect of a company that owns two Simca Marmon SUMBs but lists them as Unimogs? Seriously. Link to "www.cinemavehicles.com" Link to "www.cinemavehicles.com" |

The information for vehicles on sites such as those is questionable and thus it's best to not follow it here unless it can be confirmed. |

True, but I figured that if it was the same vehicle, the additional pictures might help. |

My guess is that a director/propdepartment that is in a hunt for a foreign military truck would look for an Unimog because they are well known, therefor it is listed this way to skip misunderstandings. I'm pretty sure they know what it is. Atleast I hope it's that way or else it would be very sad... -- Last edit: 2010-01-24 02:29:19 |

If it is the same one, we have it listed as a 1971: /vehicle_147261-BMW-2002-1971.html |

No, 1971 is wrong, at both pictures. It has the 1974+ back lamps/back panel and the black plastic grille. Wheels and hupcaps are older. |
