That doesn't really mean much as it's quite common for people to put Impala SS badges on 1995-1996 Caprices, as well as other cosmetic things, to make it appear like an authentic SS. This car also appears to be wearing 1991-1992 Caprice tailights. |

Why does everyone always want to switch a Caprice to an Impala. Caprice has better suspension and lifetime hoses. I own a 95 Caprice LT1 9C1 ex-police car and I kicked an Impalas butt more than once. |

Because the Impala SS is the "cooler" model. Also much rarer. |
