Which makes it a Loadmaster indeed, as 1949+ model were sold just as 4100 to 6400 model. As 4x00 and 6x00 series share the same cab, this truck can't be precisely identified as a 4100 Series unless it is sure that: • this truck has a nominal payload of 1½-ton, and not a 2-ton one (it would be a 6100, then). • this is the 137"/3.48 m wheelbase (if 161"/4.09 m, it would be a 4400 or a 6400); ⇒ 1947 Chevrolet Advance-Design Loadmaster -- Last edit: 2015-02-06 23:43:29
