According to my Prince History book, this is a non Japanese market Prince Skyline which were a single trim model coded as ALSIE-2 (E meant export model) released February 1960. The export models have the Deluxe type grille with foglamps, deluxe chrome side stripe, reverse lights, clock, radio and cigarette lighter, but retain Standard trim hubcaps, interior seat/door trim, steel dash, vinyl floor mats, 2 headlamps etc. Incidentally, the Japanese market Deluxe ASLID-2 (February 1960) switched to 4 headlamps, while the standard ALSIS-2 continued with 2 headlamps through till September 1960. |
