 I think the script reads FORD and the emblem would have a 300, so yes the one year only Ford 300.

since it is right hand drive and this looks like Hong kong then i think the car is Canadian made.

It looks like one of a fleet of cars employed by the Hilton Hotel of Hong Kong to shuttle guests to the airport and i think they were Fairlanes, may be a Canadian variant of the 300
