There is a very good chance that this originally served in Middletown, Delaware. The cab, emergency lighting, body all appear exactly the same as Middletown's former engine 27-5. The circle decals on the doors match the exact size and shape of Middletown's decals along with the lettering over top of the center of the windshield.
