 I suspect this is a 1964 DAF TB by VBK. The headlights are different indeed, but the rest of the body as well as the grille looks like a very close match. It may be something else, but at least it's close.

 Looks like a VBK body indeed, and it doesn't look like a Scania logo, so I also guess VBK-DAF
