 This is one of the 3 Roll-Royce that Franco ordered in 1948 and were delivered in 1952. If it is a "Convertible" (I don't know) it would be a Phantom IV Cabriolet, chassis 4-AF-18. Franco ordered also 2 Rolls PH IV Limousine, chassis 4-AF-14 and 4-AF-16.

 I agree, vilero, it is one of 2 Rolls PH IV Limousines, chassis 4-AF-14 and 4-AF-16, ordered by Franco, with similar H.J.Mulliner bodies.
