Wrong ratio. This looks very alike the Bristol LS5G with Eastern Coach Works body |

My guess is its a Leyland Tiger chassis and Willowbrook body by front trim and the badging... -- Last edit: 2009-11-10 16:34:42 |

The trim in the front centre below the divided windscreen says Willowbrook, and the rather blurred badging below could well be Leyland, but surely it is either a Royal Tiger or a Tiger Cub as the coach appears to have an underfloor engine? |

I know little of engine/chassis configurations but guessed based on the badge. ![]() But 'googling' Royal Tigers and Tiger Cubs this very similar bus was found... Is that an *RC registration? Would indicate Trent as the operator. Livery looks like Trent - as the destination appears to be Skegness this would fit..... -- Last edit: 2009-11-10 18:14:43 |

Yes RC is possibly the registration ... thank you Steve. ![]() |

OK - so: Trent 140-51 (HRC140-51) were Tiger Cub/Willowbrook new 1955. I think 152-61 (NRC152-61) Tiger Cub/Willowbrook new 1959 would be the later Willowbrook body style. |
