Because of the yellow license plate this will be a 1976+ version. In 1976 these were sold in Holland as Simca, in 1977 as Chrysler Simca, and in 1978 as Chrysler France... |

The yellow plates were often mounted on second hand cars as well, so why not 1975+ (facelift was for 1975 model year)? |
