Link to "www.choiceonemotors.com" Terra I believe you are right by the older style wheel covers (2001-2003), deletion of tint (normally only found on C/V models), & black bumpers/rear license plate handle all pinpoint a C/V model. I cannot locate any 2001-2003 SE LWB models with black bumpers. 2003 was the first MY for the C/V. I believe the first LWB C/V was 2003.
