I don't think Concept is part of the name. On Bugatti's website it is listed as 16 C Galibier concept. Notice the concept is not capitalized which tells me they were using it to describe the car not as a proper noun as the name of the car would be http://www.bugatti.com/en/home/news.html?newsId=76 |
