Gag Halfrunt ◊ 2006-03-14 11:14	The IMDB says this was filmed in South Africa, Namibia and Germany (and all the screenshots look like South Africa or Namibia -- apart from anything else the cars are driving on the left), so I would have thought that this Golf was South African not Brazilian. The image quality is too poor to read the number plates, but black text on a yellow plate is consistent with either South Africa or Namibia in 1990.

If it was filmed in SA, you are of course correct that it must be a Golf I.
