I think it maybe a European Model, its not familiar to me. It does have a Volvo-ish look to it, the steep angle on the fender top suggests a high visability sloped hood. :think:

Im trying to find a sloped hood with the frontend straps on the side of the fender, its extra heavy duty front axle on the truck as well, not the standard Bud type spindles and wheels, It looks like 10 ton axle to me.

This is actually an International Transtar 4700. Built in Australia. You can tell by the raised body height (S-3600s were lower), and the black latch on the front fender, which other models (including previous Transtar 4670) lacked.
