A ribbed seat back is just visible in what would be the load area to the side of the driver. It possibly also has a radio fitted as what looks like an aerial/antenna is on the driver's side of the screen.

It appears to be the FL1 hire car version of the FX3 taxi. (The FL2 was based on the FX4.)
