The tank badges have been removed in this photo, probably to avoid free advertising for Harley Davidson and the "sissy bar" ( a rather unique and artistic one) has been removed. 947 of this model were made but most were chopped or otherwise destroyed. Only a handful exist today and most are other models such as the XLCH a more racy version with a solo seat and peanut gas tank which cost about $85 bucks more in 1959. Very cool photo, thanks!
