The W 126 S-Klasse came out in late 1979. But the 560 (SE or SEL doesn't matter) was launched in 1986, as a successor for the 500. The number shows (mainly) the size of the engine, the "L" after the "SE" just the longer chassis (to recognize at the back doors). |

Why ruin a beautiful car like a 560SEL with 2 rear wings on the back the yakuza have ruined the car you may be the most ruthless criminal organisation in the world but there's no excuse for vandalising a beautiful car. it looks more tacky than xzibit pimping your ride with spinners |

The lookalike is a 1970s S-Klasse [W116] - shape, older alloys etc. So the main 560SEL was not damaged, apart from having those horrible spoilers fitted. |
