This looks very much like the 1972 Lincoln Continental Phaeton Limousine, which has been in a Danish museum for many years. Most likely another Danish Lincoln Continental Lehmann-Peterson limousine from 1966. The rear window is smaller, and the back seat upholstery and the rear door clearly says 1966 suice doors. It is a Phaeton conversion; no other coachbuilder stuck the Mark IV grille on the Continental in quite the same way. It's unusual that this example and the museum car do not have coach lamps - it's very likely they're both the same car. Definitely concur with Kolding's comments about the interior car too. -Kurt |

It's a Phaeton Limousine by Eagle Coach Co., Dallas, Texas (not to confuse with the other Eagle Coach Co. of Amelia, Ohio). The company traded as Eagle Coach of Dallas 1972-77, before it became Phaeton Coach Corp. 1977-82. We can also see this on the 1st thumbnail posted by KoldingDenmark. |
