Looks to be based on a Messerschmitt with some fake wheels on the rear.

 I think Atom is quite right in supposing this is a Messerschmitt. Taillights, front wheels, rear side air grilles... everything matches. Maybe we should list it as Messerschmitt Customized Old-timer.
