What role it had? |

I haven't seen the movie( and I certaily won't do in the future), but I guess it's just some decoration of a restaurant. |

Yes, perhaps it is. I was only courius how it can has a role. You have similar "decoration", monument in Berlin, no? |

Berlin? At first Amarillo/TX came in my mind. And the big pile with cars inside nearby Paris. In Berlin, resp. nearby, one monument with a vehicle on top was broken down years ago. It was the Soviet T 34-tank, put on a pile beside the Transit-Autobahn, shortly before the border-control-point Dreilinden/Drewitz. -- Last edit: 2009-06-21 18:16:03 |

It is such an old monument, made from the Cadillacs, placed in the former W. Berlin (I forgot everything what was possible to forget about it). What I remeber is that it is not so far of the entry to some motorway. |

They mention it/look at it? I guess it deserves 2 stars then? If not, we can remove this entry. |

@Weasel1984: You mean the - once heavily discussed - Cadillac scuplture by Wolf Vostell, which can be seen at Rathenauplatz near Kurfürstendamm: Link to "de.wikipedia.org" |

Talking about it doesn't make it deserve two stars really... and even if only one why can't we leave it... it's perfectly visible. |

Yes Animatronixx, it is this thing - thanks! I saw it only once, for a while, funny for some reasons I thought that they used more cars to this. @garco - no I do not really care is it correct or not (2 stars), like for me can stay - can be two. It was just my curiosity. -- Last edit: 2009-06-22 23:29:28 |

Oh, I forgot: If this wants to be a former convertible, it's a Series 62 (with aftermarket rims). |

Oh, yes, I forgot that. I even have seen it by myself years ago. But I had no eyes for it - I was busy to bring a petulant (broken ignition) K 70 to the apartment of my former girlfriend. After a horrible ride of 11 hours from Dortmund. Fortunately it was at 5:00 in the morning and the whole Berlin was empty. -- Last edit: 2009-06-23 12:56:30 |

Yes, it's close to the end of the legendary AVUS, in direction Wilmersdorf/Charlottenburg. |
