The slim 'C' pillar (and side view) makes this a 1963 Velox [PB] rather than Victor [FB] |

Agree with Vauxhall PB, but the chrome surround of the door windows and the rather high mounted chrome waistline suggests this is not a Velox but a 1963-64 Cresta. Neither of those things were originally equipment of the Velox. |
