Could be, that looks more like the Plymouth grille (and hood ornament) to me, though. |

I can. The corner grille piece of the Dodge is rounded and more centralised, leaving little space between the upper bar and the headlight, while on the Plymouth, the bar is straight, ends abruptly and is positioned more towards the bottom. |
