'65 Plymouth Belvedere I think... But definitely a '62-'65 Plymouth or Dodge of some sort. |

But what about the truck... |

It's for the truck? I think it's a 55 or so Dodge Medium Duty...A D-500 perhaps |

Looks to have a hood ornament which only early B series seem to have so I think it's closer to 1948. |

As big Dave said, looks to have a Dodge ornament in the top of the hood (Dodge,Chrysler&Plymouth look as the sponsor of the movie) and appears to be a 2-Ton like these ones. 1948 Dodge 2 Ton Truck -- Last edit: 2009-06-10 10:10:54 |

The B-1-B "chassis code that has been given to it would mean a 1948-50 ½-ton truck... 1948-53 medium- or heavy-duty B-Series. This cab was used by all "big" Dodge trucks, from the 1½-ton F model to the 4-ton Y one. As several wheelbases where commons of all this trucks, this one can't be identified more than with the generic B-Series name. -- Last edit: 2015-03-17 04:15:02 |
