FGU 691 was supplied new to Lambeth Fire Station in 1939 and served at Lambeth until replaced in 1959. It remained in service in London until 1964. The vehicle is a Leyland TLM2A chassis fitted with a Metz101' (30) turntable ladder and a Gwynne fire pump.
DGJ310 mentioned earlier was only at Lambeth 1937 / 1938, it moved to Whitechapel for the rest of its service, also out of service 1964.
