This particular Viper is one of many customized specials that we have seen, yes the wheels are hideous, maybe Gold
would have looked better.
As for the others, A Ford Aspire, Ford Mustang (possibly a GT Convertible) and an H1 Hummer (possibly a convertible
version as well given the way the roof is sagging towards the rear of the vehicle).
