rjluna2 ◊ 2009-12-25 18:45	The crew cab configuration dates back to the fifties by aftermarket conversion. I found one pictured example from Wanger's Ford Trucks since 1905 contains 1957 Ford F-Series with only equipped with either 2 or 3 door configured version.
