I have one of these myself but on wire wheels. The car in this pic has had its headlights replaced with smaller ones. This is a 1928 Studebaker Dictator GE (third series)- it is actually known as a 1928 1/2 model as production was from June 1928 to early 1929. I have one of these myself but on wire wheels. The car in this pic has had its headlights replaced with smaller ones. It is also on the earlier style (1927) disc wheels.
