Both these vehicles as well as most on the movie belonged to Bill and Beverly Wahnish dba as Bill's Car Rental. Bill started his studio vehicle rental in the 1950s. The GMC was a WWI troupe carrier. I'm posting photos of Bill's 1927 Lincoln Brunn Bodies 7 passenger touring car with Elvis riding in the back in the parade scene. Over the years Bill and his wife Beverly owned over 140 cars. His office was based in Monterey Park, CA. |
