Doesn't the bumper have a rather large space for the plate? Or is it just a generic bumper for export models, instead of Japan-version?

 Pretty positive the Dodge version never came with rear foglamps. Most likely a Stratus considering we aren't in NA.

12/95 in Japan and these came with VINs so a 1996 MY.
