Looks like a 1965/66 1200 by the engine-hood. Otherwise the back lamps are smaller, so originally older. But this goes for the German Typ 1. It's filmed in Chile, so it's probably a Brazilian made. There it was not everything identical with the original. |

1958 as remarked here, is definetely wrong. Not only the size of the side windows don't fit. Brazilian/Mexican assembled VW's were a bit different, but this is nothing from the 50ies. 1965/66 will come closer to the truth. @rljuna2: it takes just a few minutes to change the taillights. |
