This is a 1967 Mercury Comet Voyager station wagon. The image is a screen grab from The Andy Griffith Show, Season 7 Episode 28, "Big Brother", airing originally on 27 Mar 1967. Jack Dodson (Howard Sprague) is at the wheel and Elizabeth MacRae (Betty Parker) is in the passenger seat. The "Voyager" wagon had unadorned bodywork while the "Villager" model had faux wood-panel side moldings. This color is Nordic Blue (Ford Code: M3077 in 1967). |
