It is a 1950 Lincoln Cosmopolitan Limousine , a full custom car based on an extended Cosmopolitan chassis featuring a vinyl-top and retractible running boards.These cars were operated by the White House during the Truman administration and one can find some nice pictures of them on the Truman Library Photograph site |
