Then again, a lot of cars of the mid-60's had those vertical quad headlights. code505 ◊ 2009-05-18 15:29	It is certainly a base model 1965 Tempest four-door sedan. The three slashes on the fender indicate this. With the exception of a shiny accessory (or reflection?) under the windshield wiper and the light added to the bumper, it looks stock. Its rear quarters were long from the factory, because that was one way Pontiac persuaded customers not to buy the 9.5-inch shorter Chevelle. Also, the typical small wheels tucked way into the fenders made the bodies look ponderous back then.
