I had the chance to buy the 1983 version for $3995 and didn't. It was in great shape... it was white and someone painted the headlight covers black like an old NASCAR vehicle. It also had straight dual exhausts out the back. I've been kicking myself ever sense!!! |

Yeah, '81-'83 Imperials are rare. Might not of been the most reliable of cars, but they sure were classy looking. |

The fuel injection system was a disaster and Chrysler coverted most of the Imperials to carburation at no charge to the customer according to allpar.com. |
