"Winger93" is right, it's the 1928 Cadilllac "Sport Phaeton" for 4 passengers. Compared with the regular 4-pass. Phaeton, the "Sport" version had a folding secondary cowl and folding secondary windshield, providing added protection to rear seat passengers.
