Appears to be based on a front wheel drive Cadillac |

Alfred must be in deep, deep trouble! Don't know if Pierre Tissier had an appropriate sense of humour... Anyway, this gadget actually seems to use 1st generation Eldorado FWD engine and drivetrain. |

We've named planty of customized cars before, espescially Volkswagen Beetles converted into pickup trucks, station wagons, and baja bugs. There's no reason we can't do the same with a Cadillac Eldorado. -- Last edit: 2009-03-10 00:23:05 |

Maybe just "Customized", but why currently "Modified for Movie"? Was this done especially for the movie? |

I agree with you. Though I haven't seen this film, I doubt they've build especially this car for the film?! ... I'd rather class it as " (custom) " |

Found it! This one wasn't made or modified for the movie, but for movies in general: It's a motorized camera dolly and they called it "Cadillac Travelling". ![]() |
