Not sure though wether this is a Conduite Interieure 5 Places (with small third window, but the trunk seems missing), Conduite Interieure Commerciale (with long third window, but I guess on those the spare wheel on the right wing would have been visible) or Taxi (with long third window and spare wheel on the back, most probable I guess).
