TheJudge ◊ 2009-02-21 00:41	Just 1984 or 1985. 1986 the Tempo (and Topaz) received mild styling touches and flush-mounted halogen headlamps once they became allowed by law for use on passenger cars. As for trim level, I'm not too certain. Although that front bumper indicates either a GL, LX, or GLX from 1984. I believe in 1985 the Tempo lost those two front notches that protrude up into the chrome band trim.
