C-3500HD have a filler gap between the bumper and headlamps coupled with fender flares. Oh, yea 19.5 inch wheels as well. [GMT480] for the 2500/3500 models. [GMT400] is the 1500 models. GMC & Chevrolet share the chassis codes back then until information comes to light they used different ones.
